Data Telemetry & Privacy Protocol

Critech Team data policies governing our public web infrastructure, local client cache files, and telemetry interfaces.

No Marketing Cookies

Our infrastructure rejects third-party diagnostic tracking, ad pixels, or marketing tracking scripts. Telemetry collection is restricted solely to security verification and application rendering.

01 //DATA COLLECTION ARCHITECTURE & TELEMETRY

Critech Team rejects invasive data harvesting and background user profiling. We collect the absolute minimum payload required to process technical queries, evaluate project scopes, and secure our system infrastructure.

A. ACTIVE INTAKE PIPELINES

When you interact with our platform to initiate a project or contact our team, we collect your Corporate Identity (company name, verified corporate email address, and explicit project parameters). This data is ingested directly to initialize the Phase 01 Blueprint workflow and verify your technical requirements.

B. ACCESS AUTHENTICATION DATA (LOCKED CASE STUDIES)

Due to strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) protecting our active enterprise software builds, access to detailed system logs and architecture profiles requires specific authorization. When requesting an access key, your corporate email address is cross-referenced through standard verification protocols to ensure network safety and protect proprietary client IP before a cryptographic key is issued.

C. SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE LOGS & TELEMETRY

To protect our architecture and database layer from automated scraping, malicious attacks, or high-velocity requests, our edge-based telemetry servers automatically log network metadata: inbound IP address, user-agent configurations, routing pathways, and operational execution timestamps.

02 //DATA RETENTION & SECURITY SCHEMAS

We handle your project inquiries with the same industrial-grade security we implement inside our codebases.

  • >No Third-Party Exploitation: Critech Team will never sell, lease, or distribute your corporate data or email addresses to marketing networks or data brokers.
  • >Cryptographic Security: Access keys and user authentication parameters are guarded using secure storage protocols and timing-safe server-side matching architectures to prevent information leaks.
  • >Data Minimization: If an inbound project inquiry does not transition from a Phase 01 Blueprint into an active Phase 02 sprint within ninety (90) days, all specific feature matrices, internal data maps, and related communications are securely purged from our active staging databases.

03 //COOKIES & USER-AGENT INTERACTIONS

  • >Persistent Tracking Absence: Our platform bypasses non-essential tracking cookies and diagnostic tracking frameworks.
  • >Functional Infrastructure: We utilize standard local storage parameters solely to maintain application state, rendering configurations, and theme synchronization (e.g., preserving our high-fidelity cyberpunk dark mode values).
  • >Performance Optimization: Our system intercepts user-agent footprints exclusively to bypass frontend loader animations for validated performance crawlers (Googlebot, Lighthouse), ensuring optimized First Contentful Paint (FCP) and maximum organic deliverability.

04 //RIGHTS & DATA TRANSFERS

As an agile engineering collective, we process and host all communications and client blueprints within isolated, heavily encrypted cloud environments.

  • >Purge Requests: You retain total authority over your digital data footprint. At any point prior to initializing an active contract, you may execute a formal data purge request by emailing contact@critechteam.com.
  • >Execution: Upon receipt, our automation pipelines will immediately wipe all records of your company info, intake history, and uncommitted project scopes from our active environment logs.
